First follow-on commit needed by changes made in 10c76c11

Issue #90: Move to direct-call framework design ...

Rather than signalling events everywhere and letting extension plugins
handle them if they choose to, the framework should be reworked to
directly call functions on the appropriate integration plugin. This will
both reduce overhead from events and simplify plugin work by removing if
statements at the beginning of every event handler.

This will require follow-on changes to all source integration plugins to
work with the new parent class API.

Version bump in Source plugin to signify API changes.

When selecting a source control type or repository, the repository and
branch list options will be dynamically reduced to match the user
selections.

This is an optional enhancement for installations with the jQuery
plugin installed.

Commit (9be9378) changed how it reads in information. A git post-recive
is passed it's parameters using stdin. This template better handles this
and sends that to to SourceIntegration via curl.

Implemented real commit sequence. (Gitweb) ...

The original commit sequence in SourceGitweb.php was incomplete. Added
code to pull the information out of the data= argument and pull in those
changes. Currently this is the latest commit from gitweb. But it looks
for the commit ID that is passed in then attempts to back fill commits
that are parent of this. It also only attempts to read changesets for
the branch that SourceIntegration knows about.
