Bump version

Gitlab: get automatic repoid from reponame ...

- listing all projects of a user was not working is the user was not
  explicitly added to every group or repository
- accessing a project by its name is available to every user with at
  least a read access, so this method is valid for every Public or
  Internal project
- works with the latest Gitlab I installed in our company, with the
  instruction based on readme

Gitlab: handle payload without JSON data ...

We have a Mantis installation managing projects under SVN, Git with
Gitweb, and now we are installing a Gitlab server.

Problem is the old Git server is using a hook to send POST data not in
JSON format, and this screws the Gitlab plugin, that bypass all other
plugins and try to retrieve changeset from the first repository matching
null repoid (which is the first repo in mantis database, a SVN repo)

Resolving issue by adding a check for null data after the check for empy
payload.

Gitlab: extract full branchname when containing slashes ...

- convert deprecated split() function into explode() (same parameters)
 - use the limit parameter set to 3, to return an array of at most 3 strings,
   the last one containing everything after the second slash

Example:
'refs/heads/issue/branch-description' => ['refs', 'heads', 'issue/branch-description']
