New API to display pagination links ...

The new Source_View_Pagination() function removes redundant code from
the search and list pages, and improves it by

- using a closure instead of create_function()
- use MantisBT standard "first/prev/next/last" instead of "<</>>"
- print fewer page links, increasing the gap between them depending on
  total number of changesets (total / 10 rounded to nearest 10)

Do not interpret HTML tags in changeset messages ...

When displaying changesets, the commit message is now manually
transformed (adding href, bug and bugnote links + nl2br) instead of
calling string_display_links(), which avoids unwanted html tags
processing by the MantisCoreFormatting plugin.  Rationale: commit
messages being plain text, any html they may contain should not be
considered as formatting and must be displayed as-is.

Partial revert "Replace uses of config_get() by calls to plugin_config_get()" ...

This partially reverts commit 9222599.

It is required that we use config_get() referencing the 'Source' plugin
in SourceIntegration.php. Because SourceIntegration is a child plugin of
Source, plugin_config_get() does not refer to the correct config string
when retrieving the setting, causing 'Configuration option not found'
errors to occur.

Issue #90: Move to direct-call framework design ...

Rather than signalling events everywhere and letting extension plugins
handle them if they choose to, the framework should be reworked to
directly call functions on the appropriate integration plugin. This will
both reduce overhead from events and simplify plugin work by removing if
statements at the beginning of every event handler.

This will require follow-on changes to all source integration plugins to
work with the new parent class API.

Version bump in Source plugin to signify API changes.
